Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges will only be accepted if the customer pays for return and new postage shipping. Size charts are added to fanmade merch products to ensure correct ordering. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original packaging, labels and tags. Exchanges On Damaged Items Only With Proof That They Were Shipped Damaged.
Refunds
Final Sale On Fanmade Merch only. Refunds on clothing drops when items are returned back with original packaging and labels.
